Peanut Sauce
This recipe comes from “Isa Does It” written by Isa Chandra Moskowitz.
Keep tightly sealed and the dressing will keep for up to 5 days.
Ingredients
¹/₂ cup smooth natural peanut butter
2 cloves garlic
¹/₃ cup water
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon sriracha (to taste)
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
¹/₂ teaspoon salt (as needed)
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix until very smooth.
