Peanut Sauce

This recipe comes from “Isa Does It” written by Isa Chandra Moskowitz.

Keep tightly sealed and the dressing will keep for up to 5 days.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (as needed)

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix until very smooth.
