Crepe Sucree

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  • Mix flour, salt, and eggs in a large bowl.

  • Gradually add milk while stirring. Be careful not to over-beat the eggs.

  • Stir in the butter

  • Rest for 1 hour before cooking.
