Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
3 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
Mix flour, salt, and eggs in a large bowl.
Gradually add milk while stirring. Be careful not to over-beat the eggs.
Stir in the butter
Rest for 1 hour before cooking.
